What we promise, and what we don't
We promise the work: every change listed, every deliverable on time. We don't promise rankings, calls or visits. Google decides those, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. A complete, accurate, well-reviewed profile is the best footing you can give yourself, and the report shows you exactly what we did.
Questions owners ask
Do I have to share my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your Business Profile using Google's own invite setting, and you can remove us any time.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. We make your profile complete, accurate and ready to collect reviews, and the report shows exactly what changed.
How long does it take?
Five business days from the moment we have access to your profile.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your profile, a few minutes to approve the changes, and photos of your work and location. We'll tell you which ones to take.
Do you write my reviews?
Never. Fake and incentivized reviews break Google's rules and can get a listing suspended. We build the link, the QR code and the message templates that make it easy for your real customers to leave a review.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI tools to draft parts of the work, such as descriptions and reply templates. A person reviews everything, and nothing changes on your listing until you approve it.
What if I'm not happy?
If you cancel before we start, you get a full refund. If we don't deliver what's listed, we refund the fee. If something in our work is wrong, we fix it at no charge. The details are on the Terms page.
